Skin is composed of two layers
The external layer which is called epidermis
The internal layer called edema.
The skin consists of many layers of similar or different
cells, where every layer has its own function. The final
upper layer ( the corneal), which is filled with a
protein called keratin , is the only layer which we see
and touch and whose cells are continuously changed and
replaced during the catabolism and anabolism processes.
Theoretically they are considered as dead cells but they
contain the moisture needed for he skin humidity and
whose deficiency render the skin dry and cracked.
There are two types of significant cells in the skin
layer;
The first is known as the pigmented cells are
responsible for the secretion of melanin, the skin
coloring compound. While the second type is known as
Langerhans’cells and play an essential role in the
immunity system in the body.
The second layer which is known as the edema is thicker
than the skin and contain collagen fibers , the flexible
fibers, blood vessels of the skin, peripheral nerves,
sebaceous glands and sweat glands. Skin flexibility and
strength are derived from collagen fibers and the
flexible fibers. If such tissues are not cohesive the
skin will degenerate becoming loose and slack.

Mode of action
Bio 6 contains linoleic acid which efficiently reduces
water loss from the skin surface imparting it with the
softness and humid appearance. It also increases the
activity of elastin which is responsible for the skin
flexibility and the renewal of cells adding more
humidity, flexibility and softness.
Capric acid activates the metalo-proteinases which
discard the spoiled and repair the spoiled maintaining
the skin surface.
Arachidonic activates the blood vessels and increases
its net recovering the reddishness and skin care. This
is manifested during short period in the white skin but
occurs within two weeks in black skin imparting beauty
to the face and lips and clear brightness which
attenuate the appearance of the advanced age.
Side effects
There are no side effects of the preparation.
Treatment duration
Treatment duration should not be lower than 3 months to
keep the high rate of its success. Afterwards, it is
recommended once a week to maintain the skin care. |
